BOOT CAMP IN THE PARK
Whether you’re already in good shape but need a change of pace, or need a total body revolution, there’s no room for excuses in this outdoor, co-ed group training. The pros at Powerhouse will guide your group through a series of calisthenics, interval training and body weight exercises in Denver’s most popular outdoor hangout, Wash Park. Take a break from your boring workouts and challenge yourself in a non-intimidating, motivational environment while enjoying the Denver sunshine.

PHG RUNNER'S CAMP
The new Runner's Camp at Powerhouse Gym offers an environment that emphasizes team unity and cohesiveness. This camp focuses on running technique while incorporating strength training, cross training and stretching. Best of all, participants get to see their hard work come to life when they cross the finish line!

WOMEN'S WORKSHOP
Brought to you by personal trainer, Samantha Sliney, our Women’s Workshop is designed to help you lose weight and get toned in a non-intimidating, small group environment. This twice a week, six week circuit training class combines high-rep, total body lifting with fast paced cardio intervals to help you reach your fitness goals quickly. At only $20 a class and with both morning and evening times available, our Women’s Workshop will lighten your weight, not your wallet.
Focus: cardiovascular and Strength training in a motivating, semi-private environment.
Goal: To increase muscle tone and shed those unwanted pounds.
